Managing DirectorShanmugaraj, fondly known as Shan is the Founder & Managing Director of E2S E2S Facility Services, an Integrated Facility Management Company providing services to Residential Gated Communities, Corporate Offices, Industries & Hospitality segments. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering having 15+ years of demonstrated history of working in the Utilities and Facilities Industry. He has an eye for details, methodology and possess great Leadership qualities.
Having sound knowledge in computer systems having undergone courses such as Hardware A+, Networking N+, CCNA, MCSA & Linux. A certified professional from Indian Institute of Hardware Technology excelling in IOT (Internet of Things), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), Software and Automation in Facility Operations.
Strong Operations Professional skilled in Contract Management, Operational Excellence, Business Development / Marketing and a Certified Auditor on ISO, OHSAS & Energy Standards. He has worked across various parts in India with many leading Facility Management Companies & Industry bigwigs.

Executive DirectorSundaresan known in his close circles as just Sundar is the Co-Founder & Executive Director of E2S E2S Facility Services. Having robust IFMS business knowledge, he heads the overall Business development of the Organization. A recognizable person in the Southern IFMS market as an energetic professional with high interpersonal skills.
He holds a degree in Business administration. He has an overall 19+ years of experience in Core Facility Management domain with allied experience in Pest control & Waste management. He is known to provide end to end solutions and customized Solutions for all Client requirements. Client Relationship Management is his forte.
He plays a vital role in business strategy with his proven ability of working across all levels in the organization. Having worked with leading multinational companies, he is renowned for his efficient leadership in transforming people to performers, team building and sustains a high level of consistency in achieving the commitments.
